Job Requirements

  • Training location to be decided upon hire
  • Associate degree in hospitality, restaurant management, or equivalent experience in restaurant operations
  • Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Allergy Certification

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant management experience (Kitchen Manager or higher preferred)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences
  • Knowledge of kitchen/back-of-house operations
