Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in a lead cook or higher role
  • Experience in fine dining and various cuisine styles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and train team members
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Experience with inventory management and scheduling

Job Duties

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and overseeing culinary operations
  • Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
  • Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
  • Develop menu selections for special events and banquets
  • Supervise and train culinary team members
  • Manage employee scheduling and inventory ordering
  • Monitor team member performance and provide feedback
