Job Qualifications
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in a lead cook or higher role

- Ability to develop and train team members
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience with inventory management and scheduling
Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and overseeing culinary operations
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet high standards
- Maintain compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
- Develop menu selections for special events and banquets
- Supervise and train culinary team members
- Manage employee scheduling and inventory ordering
- Monitor team member performance and provide feedback
