Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Minimum 2-3 years of culinary lead experience
- Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to train and manage a team
- Experience with ordering and scheduling is a plus

Job Duties
- Assist the Executive Chef in directing and overseeing all culinary operations
- Ensure the preparation and production of quality hotel meals
- Maintain food quality and presentation standards
- Enforce compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
- Monitor team member productivity and performance
- Implement culinary policies and procedures
- Manage cost controls and overall profitability
- Develop and supervise culinary team members
- Create and implement menu selections for special banquet events
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness standards
- Assist with scheduling, training, counseling, and performance evaluations
