Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of kitchen management
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking of established recipes and preparation of weekly specials
- Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure readiness to pass the white glove test
- Manage kitchen operations with a focus on quality food preparation and exceptional customer service
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize kitchen workflow and service delivery
- Ensure compliance with local and state food safety regulations
