Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in full-service, upscale restaurant management
  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communications skills
  • Basic accounting skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
  • Possession of a valid food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of kitchen management
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking of established recipes and preparation of weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff focusing on business goals such as process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and ensure readiness to pass the white glove test
  • Manage kitchen operations with a focus on quality food preparation and exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate with other departments to optimize kitchen workflow and service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with local and state food safety regulations
