- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of full service upscale restaurant management experience
- Passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

- Valid food handler’s card where required

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
- Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
- Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
- Ensure the kitchen is clean and ready to pass the white glove test
- Manage daily kitchen operations and inventory control
- Collaborate with management to meet business goals
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
