Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum two years of full service upscale restaurant management experience
  • Passion for delivering quality food and excellent customer service
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Valid food handler’s card where required

  • Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic accounting skills

  • Food handler’s card where required by local and state regulations

Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program that covers all aspects of running a successful kitchen
  • Lead the kitchen crew in scratch cooking tried and true recipes and weekly specials
  • Train, motivate and develop kitchen staff focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability and compliance with company procedures
  • Ensure the kitchen is clean and ready to pass the white glove test
  • Manage daily kitchen operations and inventory control
  • Collaborate with management to meet business goals
  • Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
