Job Requirements
- Minimum of two years experience in full service, upscale restaurant management
 - Passion and knowledge about quality food and exceptional customer service
 - Solid written and verbal communication skills
 - Basic accounting skills
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
 - Willingness to work a flexible schedule
 - Valid food handler's card as required by local and state regulations

Job Duties
- Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations and management
 - Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and preparing weekly specials
 - Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
 - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen that consistently passes the white glove test
