Job Duties

  • Complete a comprehensive Manager in Training program covering kitchen operations and management
  • Lead kitchen crew in scratch cooking established recipes and preparing weekly specials
  • Train, motivate, and develop kitchen staff while focusing on process improvements, growth, efficiency, profitability, and compliance with company procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen that consistently passes the white glove test
