Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to stand for extended periods up to 10 hours
  • Availability to work 45 to 50 hours weekly
  • Commitment to uphold safety and cleanliness standards
  • Ability to manage kitchen operations and staff oversight
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of kitchen operations experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience in a culinary setting
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent math skills and ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the business area
  • Ability to train and lead kitchen staff effectively
  • Capacity to work long hours in a physically demanding environment

Job Duties

  • Manage all kitchen operations and staff to ensure compliance with Snooze policies and standards
  • Administer corrective actions consistently for company policy violations
  • Maintain food quality standards according to Snooze guidelines
  • Assist in hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching kitchen team members
  • Ensure training on safety, sanitation, and proper kitchen equipment use
  • Prepare necessary kitchen documentation including inventory and schedules
  • Inspect and maintain kitchen equipment and oversee preventative maintenance
  • Control food costs through proper procurement and waste management
  • Assist in labor scheduling to optimize costs and efficiency
  • Provide leadership on safety and sanitation practices
  • Foster a positive and safe work environment for staff
