Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience in culinary or related field
- Minimum two years culinary experience
- Minimum one year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime
- Ability to write reports and procedure manuals
- Ability to present information effectively to various audiences
- Strong mathematical skills including basic operations and interpreting graphs
- Ability to resolve conflicts in a tactful manner
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and manuals in English
- Ability to qualify for required licenses and permits
- Physical ability to stand, lift, push, pull, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, kneel, and balance in varying work conditions
- Ability to work in moderate noise environments and with exposure to fluctuating temperatures and secondhand smoke
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff
- Support and administer operational goals
- Monitor achievement of performance and profit objectives
- Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager on scheduling concerns
- Produce menu items as per restaurant standards
- Ensure kitchens are stocked and ready for service
- Support compliance to departmental budgets
- Promote and demonstrate superior customer service
- Ensure customer service standards are followed by all team members
- Address customer service issues
- Assist with cost control and inventory management
- Assist with administrative duties like attendance tracking
- Maintain quality assurance for health and customer service standards
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues
- Maintain confidentiality in departmental and company matters
- Develop and train staff
- Manage rewards and recognition programs
- Evaluate team members and provide feedback
- Recommend staffing and scheduling plans
- Manage work procedures and workflow
- Provide recommendations for employee performance including coaching and counseling
