Job Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and scratch cooking techniques
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Job Duties

  • Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff
  • Ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
  • Support the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development
  • Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
  • Collaborate closely with front-of-house to ensure excellent guest experience
  • Participate in inventory control and ordering supplies
