Job Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and scratch cooking techniques
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
Job Duties
- Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff
- Ensure the consistent quality and presentation of all dishes
- Support the Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
- Collaborate closely with front-of-house to ensure excellent guest experience
- Participate in inventory control and ordering supplies
