Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • physical stamina to stand for extended periods
  • commitment to adhering to health and safety guidelines
  • legal authorization to work in the country
  • willingness to work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • culinary degree or related certification preferred
  • experience with Italian cuisine is a plus

Job Duties

  • Oversee kitchen operations and food preparation
  • assist in menu planning and development
  • manage and train kitchen staff
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • maintain quality and consistency of all dishes
  • support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen management
  • contribute to inventory and cost control
