Job Duties
- Lead menu development and oversee meal preparation
- Plan, prepare, and execute catered events
- Review menus and product specifications with the Executive Chef
- Evaluate menu production, portion sizes, and food presentation
- Monitor food quality, productivity, and kitchen efficiency
- Standardize production recipes and promote consistency
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff
- Foster a culture of quality improvement and teamwork
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Supervise kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
