Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum three years related experience
- Ability to assist less-experienced team members
- Must be able to pass ServeSafe Certification after employment
- Availability to work predominantly Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
- Able to comply with health and safety regulations
- Ability to maintain clean and safe food preparation areas
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Three or more years of related culinary experience
- Ability to assist less-experienced team members
- Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to pass ServeSafe Certification
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain sanitary and safe working conditions
- Proficiency in inventory management and food production processes
Job Duties
- Lead production efforts in assigned area and prepare product following production sheets and recipes
- Ensure designated dining services outlets have the required products in appropriate quantities at scheduled times
- Maintain and track physical inventory of food items daily and monthly
- Exhibit and encourage best practices with team members in serving customers and preparing orders to maximize product sales
- Monitor storage, production, delivery, and service to ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
- Maintain clean and sanitary working conditions and ensure daily cleaning schedules are executed
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
- Continuously strive for more efficient and productive operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
