Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum three years related experience
  • Ability to assist less-experienced team members
  • Must be able to pass ServeSafe Certification after employment
  • Availability to work predominantly Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week
  • Able to comply with health and safety regulations
  • Ability to maintain clean and safe food preparation areas

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Three or more years of related culinary experience
  • Ability to assist less-experienced team members
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and ability to pass ServeSafe Certification
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain sanitary and safe working conditions
  • Proficiency in inventory management and food production processes

Job Duties

  • Lead production efforts in assigned area and prepare product following production sheets and recipes
  • Ensure designated dining services outlets have the required products in appropriate quantities at scheduled times
  • Maintain and track physical inventory of food items daily and monthly
  • Exhibit and encourage best practices with team members in serving customers and preparing orders to maximize product sales
  • Monitor storage, production, delivery, and service to ensure compliance with health codes and regulations
  • Maintain clean and sanitary working conditions and ensure daily cleaning schedules are executed
  • Maintain a safe and hazard-free working environment
  • Continuously strive for more efficient and productive operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
