Job Requirements
- minimum 2 current years overseeing dinner kitchen shifts as sous or akm
- experience in a full service restaurant that does at least 1500 covers per week
- ability to fabricate all proteins including steak cutting
- availability to work dinner shifts including weekends
- knowledge of kitchen health and safety standards
- strong communication skills
- physical stamina to perform kitchen duties
