Job Requirements
- Proven success as a sous chef, executive sous chef, or kitchen manager in a high-volume upscale or resort restaurant
- Strong passion for culinary excellence, wine knowledge, and service
- Proven ability to develop and lead teams
- Knowledge of operational systems and methods
- Stable job history with upward career progression
- Ability to work various shifts including day, evening, morning, and night
- Eligible for full-time employment in the United States

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure high standards of food quality and safety
- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to promote teamwork and growth
- Oversee inventory control and ordering to maintain efficient stock levels
- Collaborate with the executive team to plan menus and ensure culinary consistency
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to uphold restaurant standards
- Support training initiatives and professional development of kitchen team members
