Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a management role within an upscale restaurant
  • ability to lead a team effectively
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • relocation to costa mesa ca required before starting work

Job Duties

  • manage kitchen staff and assist executive chef in daily operations
  • ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
