Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food service preferred
- Serve Safe Certification
- physical ability to lift, bend, push, and pull
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment
- ability to follow safety protocols and hygiene standards

Job Duties
- Lead and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products
- coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager
- cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
- maintain accurate portions when preparing and serving items on the line
- maintain daily temperature logs and take food samples prior to serving
- alert management and remove food items that do not meet quality standards
- complete opening and closing station checklists
- greet customers and handle service complaints with a positive attitude
- maintain cleanliness of work stations, equipment, and surrounding areas
- ensure proper sanitation of utensils and work areas
- manage accurate disposal of waste
- transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- assist with safety observations and report hazards
- cross-train in various food service areas as needed
- work in concessions, catering, and special events as required
- perform tasks assigned by managers or supervisors
- lead and advise employees on the line to ensure timely and effective customer service
- request support for sanitation issues as needed
