Job Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Lead
- Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of kitchen prep systems, ordering, and food costing
- Ability to maintain quality standards under pressure

- Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Lead ready for the next step
- Creative instincts grounded in execution and consistency
- Strong line presence and leadership from the floor
- Solid understanding of prep systems, ordering, and food cost basics

Job Duties
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Leading shifts, training cooks, and setting the tone on the line
- Executing and helping refine menu items and limited-time offers
- Maintaining standards for quality, cleanliness, and consistency
