Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Lead
  • Ability to work 45 to 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen prep systems, ordering, and food costing
  • Ability to maintain quality standards under pressure

  • Proven experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Kitchen Lead ready for the next step
  • Creative instincts grounded in execution and consistency
  • Strong line presence and leadership from the floor
  • Solid understanding of prep systems, ordering, and food cost basics

Job Duties

  • Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
  • Leading shifts, training cooks, and setting the tone on the line
  • Executing and helping refine menu items and limited-time offers
  • Maintaining standards for quality, cleanliness, and consistency
