Job Requirements

  • minimum of 2 years experience in a similar culinary role
  • familiarity with high-volume scratch kitchen operations
  • strong leadership qualities
  • excellent communication skills
  • flexibility to work varied hours including nights and weekends
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • capability to supervise and train kitchen staff

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 2 years of culinary work experience
  • post-secondary diploma or degree in culinary arts is a plus
  • advanced knowledge of culinary operations
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proven track record in guest and team member engagement
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work a flexible schedule including 24-hour operation demands

Job Duties

  • manage daily kitchen operations
  • lead and motivate kitchen team
  • supervise line staff during service
  • assist with food preparation and menu execution
  • maintain inventory and control food costs
  • ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
  • contribute to on-the-spot problem solving and creative menu ideas
