Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • one to three years of culinary supervisory experience
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • ability to work in smoke filled environment
  • must be able to obtain and maintain PA Harness license
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
