Job Requirements
- College degree or certification in culinary or hospitality field preferred
- minimum 2 years experience in a high-volume kitchen preferably in hotel or resort setting
- knowledge of a variety of culinary techniques and cuisines
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage inventory including ordering and receiving products
- ability to work in fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef for daily planning and staffing updates
- complete daily food requisitions and manage daily specials
- assist in hiring, training, and coaching kitchen staff
- play an integral role in menu development and refining recipes
- manage inventory including ordering and receiving products
- maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest quality and safety standards
