Job Duties
- Preparation of breakfast, lunch and dinner meals
- Responsible for opening and closing of kitchen
- General cleaning and sanitation of kitchen
- Creating menu items consistent with restaurant quality meals
- Maintaining kitchen operations during shifts
- Ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Assisting in inventory management and food ordering
