Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • managers food handlers permit required or must be able to obtain
  • experience in customer service or office environment preferred
  • ability to work independently and multitask
  • strong communication skills

Job Duties

  • hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under general direction of the director of food and beverage
  • place food and supply orders
  • complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
  • ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
  • oversee kitchen labor and food cost
  • monitor budget
  • prepare high quality food
