Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience preferred
- managers food handlers permit required or must be able to obtain
- experience in customer service or office environment preferred
- ability to work independently and multitask
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under general direction of the director of food and beverage
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost
- monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
