Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior culinary and ordering experience preferred
  • Willingness to train
  • Ability to work full time
  • Ability to work 7:00 am to 3:30 pm shift
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to supervise and lead a team
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary and foodservice experience preferred
  • Experience with food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic understanding of inventory management
  • Willingness to be trained
  • Ability to work varying schedules
  • Culinary certification or degree is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews
  • Store food properly following food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Maintain proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and workstations
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints and explain menu items
  • Monitor inventory, deliveries, and track product production, consumption, and waste
  • Perform other duties as assigned
