Job Requirements

  • Previous culinary experience required
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday, Sunday through Thursday, or Thursday through Monday shifts
  • Ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Commitment to sustainable and responsible food sourcing practices

  • Ability to manage inventory and track product consumption and waste
  • Capable of maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation

Job Duties

  • Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary actions
  • Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
  • Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Clean workstation thoroughly before leaving area
  • Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to associates and customers
  • Keep up with peak production and service hours
  • Monitor inventory and deliveries of products and supplies and inform supervisor when supplies are low
  • Perform other duties as assigned
