Job Requirements
- Previous culinary experience required
- Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday, Sunday through Thursday, or Thursday through Monday shifts
- Ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and recommending disciplinary actions
- Store food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Clean workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to associates and customers
- Keep up with peak production and service hours
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of products and supplies and inform supervisor when supplies are low
- Perform other duties as assigned
