  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Managers Food Handlers permit
  • Previous leadership experience preferred
  • Experience in office or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated

Job Duties

  • Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under the direction of the Director of F&B
  • Place food and supply orders
  • Complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
  • Ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
  • Oversee kitchen labor and food cost
  • monitor budget
  • Prepare high quality food
