- Managers Food Handlers permit
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in office or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under the direction of the Director of F&B
- Place food and supply orders
- Complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- Ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- Oversee kitchen labor and food cost

- Prepare high quality food
