Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Must hold a Managers Food Handlers permit
- Experience in office environment or customer service preferred
- Must be self-motivated and organized
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under the general direction of the Director of Food & Beverage
- Place food and supply orders
- Complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- Ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- Oversee kitchen labor and food cost and monitor the budget
- Prepare high quality food
