Job Requirements

  • Minimum five years of kitchen experience
  • Ability to work full-time schedule including Sundays and Fridays
  • Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen management
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills
  • Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Good physical stamina for kitchen duties
  • Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of prior kitchen experience
  • Proven ability to supervise and manage kitchen staff
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation standards
  • Strong culinary skills with the ability to follow recipes and maintain production standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers
  • Experience in inventory management and kitchen operations
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations
  • Stores food following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
  • Maintains sanitation of kitchen equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries of products and supplies
  • Tracks product production, consumption, and waste
  • Performs other duties as assigned
