Job Requirements
- Minimum five years of kitchen experience
- Ability to work full-time schedule including Sundays and Fridays
- Proficiency in food preparation and kitchen management
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Good physical stamina for kitchen duties
- Willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Duties
- Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations
- Stores food following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures
- Maintains sanitation of kitchen equipment, supplies, and utensils
- Interacts with customers to resolve complaints
- Monitors inventory and deliveries of products and supplies
- Tracks product production, consumption, and waste
- Performs other duties as assigned
