- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience preferred
- valid or obtainable managers food handlers permit
- ability to work independently
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication abilities
- experience with multitasking in a kitchen environment

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation before dishes leave the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food costs while monitoring the budget
- prepare high quality food
