Job Requirements

  • Prior culinary experience preferred
  • Ability to work full-time including Tuesday through Saturday, 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm
  • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Compliance with corporate, state and federal food safety standards
  • Ability to supervise and train hourly staff
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Availability to start immediately

Job Qualifications

  • Prior culinary experience
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to manage inventory and monitor product quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, Tuesday through Saturday from 12:30 pm to 9:00 pm

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
  • Stores food in designated areas following corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils and cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving area
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner and relays relevant information to supervisor
