- High School diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience preferred
- must hold a Managers Food Handlers permit
- experience in office environment or customer service preferred
- self-motivated and organized
- strong communication skills
- ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Hire and train Line Cooks and Dishwashers under general direction of the Director of Food and Beverage
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost
- monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
