- managers food handlers permit
- previous leadership experience preferred
- ability to work independently and multitask

Job Duties
- hiring and training line cooks and dishwashers under general direction of the director of food and beverage
- placing food and supply orders
- completing and documenting safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensuring correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- overseeing kitchen labor and food cost monitoring budget
- preparing high quality food
