Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience preferred
- Managers Food Handlers permit or willingness to obtain it
- experience in office environment or customer service preferred
- self-motivated and organized
- able to work independently and multitask
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under the direction of the Director of F&B
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost and monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
