Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience required
  • Must have experience in food safety procedures
  • Ability to work full-time Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with food preparation and kitchen operations
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Ability to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously
  • Must comply with all safety and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of supervisory experience in foodservice
  • Experience with food safety procedures
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work within a scheduled full-time weekday shift
  • Knowledge of food production and kitchen operations
  • Ability to maintain sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and performance reviews
  • Stores food in designated areas following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
  • Cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving area
  • Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Demonstrates complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates and customers
  • Keeps up with peak production and service hours
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
  • Tracks product production, consumption and waste
  • Informs supervisor when supplies or product are low
  • Performs other duties as assigned
