Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • managers food handlers permit required or willingness to obtain
  • experience in office environment or customer service preferred
  • self-motivated and organized
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work independently and multitask

Job Duties

  • Hire and train line cooks and dishwashers
  • place food and supply orders
  • complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
  • ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
  • oversee kitchen labor and food cost
  • monitor budget
  • prepare high quality food
