- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous leadership experience preferred
- must hold a managers food handlers permit
- experience in an office environment preferred
- must be self-motivated and organized
- ability to work independently and multitask
- strong communication skills

Job Duties
- hire and train line cooks and dishwashers under general direction of the director of f and b
- place food and supply orders
- complete and document safety audits and monthly in-service trainings
- ensure correct plate presentation prior to dishes leaving the kitchen
- oversee kitchen labor and food cost
- monitor budget
- prepare high quality food
