Job Requirements

  • Must have 2 years of similar experience
  • Open availability including weekends and nights
  • Ability to perform cooking and kitchen supervisory duties
  • Knowledge of food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to interact with customers professionally
  • Capable of lifting and standing for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar culinary or food service role
  • Experience supervising kitchen or food service staff
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and nights
  • Capable of managing inventory and kitchen operations
  • Basic computer skills for scheduling and payroll management

Job Duties

  • Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards
  • Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders
  • Supervises hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and counseling
  • Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils
  • Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • Monitors inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
  • Tracks product production, consumption and waste
  • Performs other duties as assigned
