Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of kitchen management experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm
- Willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Capability to supervise and train food service associates
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good customer service skills
- Must be able to perform essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions as appropriate
- Store food in designated areas following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils and clean workstations thoroughly
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner and relay relevant information to supervisor
- Demonstrate complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to associates and customers
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of product and supplies
- Track production, consumption, and waste
- Inform supervisor when supplies or product are low
- Perform other duties as assigned
