Job Requirements
- Previous sous chef experience required
- ability to work full-time schedule including weekends and variable days
- knowledge of state and federal food safety regulations
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical kitchen tasks

Job Duties
- Help Executive Chef prepare and cook foods
- coordinate activities of cooks and food-service associates
- supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary recommendations
- store food following corporate, state, and federal food safety procedures
- ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures
- maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies, and utensils
- interact with customers to resolve complaints
- demonstrate understanding of menu items
- monitor inventory and deliveries
- perform other assigned duties
