Job Requirements
- Previous culinary leadership experience required
- Ability to work full-time with open availability including every other weekend
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Capability to supervise, train and manage food service associates
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain kitchen sanitation and equipment cleanliness
- Availability to work varying schedules as needed

- Ability to supervise and lead food service staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to manage inventory and monitor food production metrics
- Understanding of menu items and nutritional considerations
- Ability to work varying schedules including every other weekend
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards
- Ensure all deadlines are met based on production orders
- Supervise hourly food service associates including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, counseling, and disciplinary actions
- Store food in designated areas following corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ensure proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures
- Maintain sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils, cleaning workstation thoroughly before leaving area
- Interact with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- Relay relevant information to supervisor
- Demonstrate full understanding of daily menu items and explain them accurately to associates and customers
- Monitor inventory and deliveries of products and supplies
- Track product production, consumption and waste and inform supervisor when supplies are low
- Perform other duties as assigned
