Job Duties
- assist with creation and preparation of high-quality meals utilizing fresh quality ingredients and scratch made recipes consistent with local custom and tastes
- assist in maintaining inventory control of quantity and condition of all kitchen small wares, equipment and supplies
- assist in organizing the kitchen and schedule
- maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
- train and develop new kitchen associates
