Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 3 years line experience at an Oki Property or kitchen lead experience in a multi-outlet facility
- valid Washington State Health Card
- ability to multi-task effectively
- proficiency in all stations of line working and short order cooking

Job Duties
- ensure recipes are followed consistently and dishes are prepared to specification
- ensure recipe ingredients are checked for quality regularly
- maintain the highest health and cleanliness standards in the kitchen
- coordinate effective communication between front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- ensure timely delivery of high-quality products to guests
- maintain a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA/WISHA regulations
- identify and implement improvements to processes to reduce costs
- assist in monthly inventory management maintaining no more than 1% variance
