Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience working as a sous chef or similar culinary leadership role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Train and inspire the team to excel in all kitchen tasks, from presentation to technique
- Lead and manage kitchen operations including creating schedules and evaluating performance
- Maintain open lines of communication between management and staff
- Address kitchen issues swiftly to maintain efficiency
- Ensure high food quality standards and seamless service
- Support the kitchen's performance and profitability goals by setting actionable objectives
- Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Executive Chef and provide necessary guidance
- Keep records up to date and submit payroll on time
