Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 5 years experience in the restaurant industry
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • proficiency in cooking and kitchen preparation
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items

  • collaborate effectively with executive chef and team
  • oversee kitchen operations during shifts
