Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a culinary or kitchen leadership role
  • culinary degree or equivalent post-high school education preferred
  • solid understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
  • excellent leadership and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and use technology for operational efficiency
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in a related culinary position
  • 2-3 years of post-high school education preferably a culinary degree
  • advanced knowledge of culinary principles and practices
  • experience managing people and solving problems
  • effective verbal, reading, and written communication skills
