Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- 2 to 8 years supervisory experience
- ability to communicate verbally and in writing
- ability to write letters, summaries and reports
- strong math skills including fractions, percentages, ratios and statistics
- management and leadership capabilities
- ability to maintain confidentiality
- completion of hospital mandated training courses within six months
Job Qualifications

- college degree preferred
- 2 to 8 years of supervisory experience
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- ability to prepare formal written documents
- strong mathematical skills including probability and statistics
- management and leadership skills
- ability to handle confidential information
Job Duties
- coordinate activities and direct training of chefs and food production staff
- ensure high quality and efficient food service operations
- manage profitability of food services
- communicate effectively with clients, customers and support staff
- prepare written reports, summaries and letters
- apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
- maintain confidentiality of employee and client information
- complete required hospital management training courses
