Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED
  • 2 to 8 years supervisory experience
  • ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • ability to write letters, summaries and reports
  • strong math skills including fractions, percentages, ratios and statistics
  • management and leadership capabilities
  • ability to maintain confidentiality
  • completion of hospital mandated training courses within six months

  • prepare written reports, summaries and letters
  • apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions
  • maintain confidentiality of employee and client information
  • complete required hospital management training courses
