Job Requirements

  • minimum age of 21 years
  • associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or minimum of one-year related experience and/or training, or equivalent education and experience
  • current certification for ServSafe or ability to pass ServSafe within 90 days
  • ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
  • ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform business-related math functions
  • ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and solve problems
  • ability to qualify for licenses or permits required by law
  • physically able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs and perform various physical tasks including reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stacking, crouching, kneeling, and balancing with reasonable accommodations

Job Duties

  • Foster a fun environment

  • make determinations regarding products materials supplies or tools to be used
  • supervise and manage attendance and time records
  • manage departmental expenses and labor costs
  • supervise work processes and procedures of team members
