Job Requirements

  • Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
  • Must enjoy hosting others
  • Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with guests
  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Must have ServSafe certification or be capable of obtaining it within 90 days
  • Ability to prepare, read and understand documents
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak and communicate effectively
  • Ability to accurately calculate figures and perform math functions applicable to business
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
  • Must qualify for all required licenses or permits
  • Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs and perform a range of physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, stacking and balancing

Job Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • Minimum of one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Current certification for ServSafe or successful completion within 90 days of employment
  • Ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
  • Ability to write reports and correspondence
  • Effective verbal communication skills
  • Ability to calculate figures and perform mathematical functions
  • Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
  • Eligible to qualify for required licenses or permits

Job Duties

  • Foster a fun environment

  • Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Assist in operation of other food and beverage venues
  • Handle customer complaints and support customer service
  • Implement and manage standards of excellence among team members
  • Adhere to regulatory, department and company policies
  • Determine appropriate products, materials, supplies or tools
  • Supervise team members' attendance and time records
  • Manage departmental expenses and labor costs
  • Supervise work processes of team members
