Job Requirements

  • Must be minimum 21 years of age
  • associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or minimum one-year related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • current or ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days
  • ability to prepare, read and comprehend documents
  • ability to write reports and correspondence
  • ability to speak and communicate effectively with individuals and groups
  • ability to calculate figures and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs
  • ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions
  • must qualify for all required licenses or permits
  • physically mobile and able to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., with ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance in various work areas including confined spaces

Job Duties

  • Foster a fun environment

  • supervise attendance and time records
  • manage departmental expenses including labor costs
  • supervise work processes of team members
