Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant culinary leadership or supervisory experience
- Proficiency in computer systems related to inventory, scheduling, and office software
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including events
- Capability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage daily kitchen procedures including opening and closing tasks
- Oversee food preparation ensuring adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Maintain equipment and ensure kitchen cleanliness
- Train staff on food safety and sanitation practices
- Conduct kitchen inspections to enforce health standards
- Mentor culinary and utility teams
- Participate in menu development and financial management including inventory and waste control
