- high computer literacy and proficiency with inventory, scheduling, and Microsoft Office
- strong understanding of food cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting
- exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and manage diverse teams
- passion for hospitality, culinary innovation, and delivering memorable guest experiences
Job Duties
- manage daily kitchen operations including opening and closing tasks and food preparation
- ensure adherence to recipes and presentation guidelines
- oversee equipment maintenance and event execution
- train staff on food safety, sanitation practices, and conduct inspections
- enforce compliance with food safety regulations
- manage proper food storage and waste disposal
- coach and mentor culinary and utility staff
- deliver training on menu items and Levy standards
- conduct pre-shift meetings
- manage staffing levels to support operational needs
- collaborate with leadership on budgetary goals and financial reporting
- oversee inventory control and waste tracking
- support recipe and menu development
- assist in cross-location event support to enhance profitability and guest experience
